1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
- Returned within 5 days of receiving your order.
Certain items, such as intimate apparel, cosmetics, and perishable goods, are not eligible for returns due to health and safety regulations.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- We will provide you with detailed instructions on where to send your item(s) for return or exchange.
Please do not send items back to our address without receiving confirmation, as our products are shipped directly from third-party suppliers.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved, we will process your refund back to the original method of payment within 21 Days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees may apply.
4. Exchanges
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, we will arrange for a replacement. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will guide you through the exchange process at no additional cost.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of certain items, we cannot accept returns on:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., underwear, swimsuits)
- Health and personal care products
- Perishable goods
